This afternoon, four boys and four girls from Years 5 and 6 took part in the Quadkids Competition at Hartismere High School. All of the children took part in a 600m run, 75m sprint, standing long jump and vortex throw. Once all the scores were added together, Earl Soham finished a commendable 7th place (out of 10 teams).
All eight children are to be congratulated for their efforts, as are the children from all of the other schools that took part.
Good luck to All Saints Primary School, Laxfield and Bungay Middle School (who finished in the top two places) when they represent the area in the county finals on Thursday.
